Pros

Leadership maintains their integrity and genuinely wants you to succeed. Very rewarding position when you are able to push through the tough times/situations and are able to come out ahead. Closing one or two good customers can make all of the difference and make you a bunch of money.

Cons

100% of prospecting is on you and is very time consuming. We can't always deliver what we promise to clients due to the nature of the business, which results in some very difficult conversations.

The transportation industry is constantly changing, so employees need to be adaptable and able to handle shifting priorities. Workloads can be demanding at times, but the teamwork and customer relationships make it rewarding
