- A lot of great brilliant people to work closely with - Has the potential to be one of the best places to work for - Open workspace - An innovation driven company - Meaningful work - Comp is decent and benefits are above average for the non-profit sector

Cons

- .5% of the Foundation is a Corporate psycopath at work, creating division and chaos.

lots of room for autonomy, working on world's hardest problems, great culture, great people, great benefits.

Cons

always room for improvement in scheduling all hands meetings- (hard with so many people in the company), doing a LOT of things at once (generally good thing, comes with challenges)
