Pros

The mission and most of the people. Really, really good and smart and passionate people. Some of the best and most highly intelligent people on the planet.

Cons

It only takes one or two toxic people to spoil the atmosphere. Those one or two people are obviously (and well-documented) toxic people, but they get to stay.

lots of room for autonomy, working on world's hardest problems, great culture, great people, great benefits.

Cons

always room for improvement in scheduling all hands meetings- (hard with so many people in the company), doing a LOT of things at once (generally good thing, comes with challenges)
