Pros
Great place to network, discuss ideas and imagine a better future in a dystopian world. People and Culture are doing a great job looking for ways to support the work environment, such as quarterly quiet week and a new monthly benefit for wellness and family support. Great place to spend a year getting ready for your next career move if you need some padding on your resume. You’re colleagues may be some of the best people you’ve ever met, depending on your team. The CEO does her best to listen to concerns and makes herself available to people (she is an incredibly busy woman).
Cons
The problems here are structural, nothing is going to change. No room for advancement for most positions. The negative reviews are true and there is no way to know if they are from the few who were rightfully let go or the many that chose to leave due to the dysfunction and lack of career growth opportunities.
