Business Outlook
Pros
Good support from management when I bring up difficulties I am having at work. I also feel comfortable reaching out to upper management and execs with appropriate questions. Still has a start up feel although we are public and growing. Awesome coworkers and friendly feel in the office.
Cons
Some growing pains associated with company growth. Of course, this is sales and if you dont hit your numbers, you cant just stick around forever, appropriate pressure for a sales office. Promotions are somewhat subjective but some people are given advantages and fast tracks with no real explanation.
