      Great CEO who lives the values he has painted on the wall Intellectual meritocracy Great benefits - There IS a free lunch Charitable program called XactlyOne

      Cons

      Hard to get started - No name tags on cubes - Little Clicks that are hard to penetrate While the vast majority of employees are top drawer, there are some people that are coasting and not held accountable.
