      Pros

      Employees are great, office food/drinks are a good bonus. Friendly atmosphere, with flexible work schedule if you are hitting your numbers. Stock options, bus/light rail passes, lots of good perks.

      Cons

      If mgmt likes you, you will succeed. If they do not you are forced out. High turnover rate. Very unfair work environment. The group mgmt deems "good employees" are rewarded with more deals, more layup accounts. Management picks and chooses who will succeed, and who reaps the benefits of the company.
