Close knit company culture, sales floor feels like family, management pushes you hard to become your best, great results=great rewards, can be highly motivating at times
Cons
Reps are required to cover a large scope of work - prospecting, closing business, acct management at times, training other reps, participating in company events. Although having responsibility can be positive, at times it can become too big of an ask for base pay
