8yThank you for the feedback. I can see how you're frustrated and please know I invite all employees to discuss or vent their frustrations with an open-door policy (I don't have an office door). Should a direct conversation be less desirable our HR partners are world-class and can address concerns. I would encourage you to act on these concerns vs 'suffer in silence' and miss your objectives. Further, we are proud of the meritocracy at Xactly and will continue to reward high performances. While it may appear select individuals earn or "get" more, we set quotas accordingly and leverage technology to allocate valuable assets and resources.
