Great people and good product/positioning in the marketplace. Challenging product and customer to sell to. You will learn a lot about yourself in a short period of time and develop skills that will make you successful in business and in life.
Cons
As an employee, it will only take you a month or 2 to notice revolving door effect here - attrition is very high. Simply put, the majority isn't treated well. Management leads by fear, shame, and negativity. There is a high amount of favoritism happening across all teams and levels of the sales organization. You can work as hard as you want, but if you aren't on management's "good side", then good luck making progress in your career. Compensation is below market value and fails to keep up with the aggressive cost of living in Denver. Don't waste your time, the grass is greener!!!
