Shift in culture is currently happening with the acquisition by Vista Equity. The people at Xactly in leadership roles are having to pivot a bit based on the Vista approach, but that's not on them personally. They will see more attrition as they switch over to the Vista way of doing business, but that's sorta normal in this type of scenario.
