Made a few friends in a toxic culture. Learned what I would never want in a boss, director, mentor, and company. Leaving allowed me to be happy and successful.
Cons
The only reason this company gets one star is because a reviewer cannot leave zero. You will be given a vision of butterflies and blue skies when hired, but this company is outrageously unethical, negative, and deceitful. Start by reviewing the current legal action being taken against this company - to say this is shocking would be a lie. It is widespread and rampant negativity in terms of treatment and culture. Management has no desire to coach, encourage, or have an even-level playing field for his/her team members. Management cares about his/her individual number & how much money it will make them. There are favorites and you will not be one of them. There is a cloud of negativity lingering over the entire office, on every team. The quotas are unattainable (quarter over quarter, maybe 2 or 3 of 20+ reps were hitting quota). There are broken promises, threats, and out-loud singling-out, bashing, and name calling. All the way up to the head-honcho, the leadership, coaches, and "mentors" have put a bad taste in employees' mouths. At a time, the big-guy himself claimed something along the lines of - "....we need to continue to get awards, we cannot buy them all." I have never seen multiple members of leadership treat their employee's so poorly. Not ask questions. Not listen. Not have a desire to work together, but against. This is largely a reason for the large amount of attrition during my time there. Growth? Forget about it unless your a favorite. Sure, the product looks cool and can help companies out....but spare yourself a nightmare of a job and sell something way cooler with way more ethical people.
