Pros

Very few -honestly hard to think of any. Nice people, unless you’re an executive there

Cons

Where to start - do you like no leads and having to cold-call every single day? Having ridiculously high quotas, unobtainable quotas? Executives and directors who are derogative and that are not supportive in the slightest and that only care about the 2% of their sales floor that are actually able to over achieve. A place with a terrible, cutthroat culture? This is the right place for you. Otherwise, stay away. Best advice I can give anyone.
