Pros
The people here are amazing and it has a great culture. The product is great. Medical benefits are pretty good. Uncapped commission. Once you hit your goal, the kickers are huge! Great place to start your career, a lot of opportunity to grow and move up in the company. All in all, it's a pretty okay place to work.
Cons
The company specializes in compensation and compensation is not great. ZERO equity. Communication from upper management is basically non-existent. There's definitely some favoritism that happens in the sales org. Quotas are high, but not completely unattainable. If you don't like cold calling, this is not the place for you, even with a Lead Gen team helping you prospect. The company brags way too much about about the perks of the office. Every tech company out there has killer office perks, and this is not one of them. The "tasty snacks and drinks" provided are fruit and granola bars that are never stocked, drinks are from a vending machine that is always sold out, and you have to pay for any other snacks you may want. The gym stipend is dumb, $200 a year. Why bother? The 401K is terrible.
