Management was condescending and didn’t put in effort to train or enable team members, quotas were unrealistic and unattainable, comp is way below the market, and leadership did not represent the company values. I was a top performer yet watched others promoted without hitting quotas several quotas in a row due to favoritism or boys club mentality
