too much of work load and pressure to meet the timelines and especially submitting timesheets is a nightmare as they are into every minute of it. Some days worked for even 18 hours but no recognition , all the awards are manager dependent. If the manager likes you then it does not matter how much work you are doing and following the process , for others its a night mare. Complete partiality
