Xactly has grown tremendously over the course of the year which has been amazing to see. The new office space is super cool. I can truly say your experience at Xactly is what you make of it. If you want career growth, you need to prove it. If you want a great culture, you need to meet people and actually talk to them. Xactly has a great product and has a lot of opportunity in the marketplace to do big things. Culture is my favorite part and leadership transparency.
