Great collaboration, a lot of community outreach, clear vision, strategy and critical priorities outlined and visible to employees. Significant expansion in Denver (new office included). In San Jose the camaraderie is strong. The new building is very cool with a "start up" feel. Flexible Time Off (vs. PTO). Engaging leadership team and a clear open door policy with the CEO. Learning opportunities are readily available. Great place to work.
