- Excellent products. Since the Vista acquisition we've been able to expand our portfolio, have new tools to sell, lots and lots of opportunity - Really really great work life balance. Never feel the usual guilt or anxiety over having to take a day off, and my manager trusts me to run my business. Every bit of support you need without the micromanaging - Great executive team--our founder is still the CEO and has a passion for what we do, but more importantly how we do it. Lives our core values along with the other leaders. You will never have a problem getting time with any of the executives, very approachable and invested in your career growth - Most importantly, GREAT PAY. Being in the incentive comp industry means we know how to motivate our sales people. If you work hard you will do very well. I genuinely love my job and the people I work with. I'm one of many boomerangs (left and then came back) and can confirm that no where else has a culture like this!

- San Jose has become a smaller crew since moving most of the team out to Denver, however the group out here is a family and has a great time.
