Pros
-lots of talented, intelligent & friendly people across majority of departments -great office space in excellent location -truly dedicated philanthropy team that genuinely makes an impact While there are many positives, I would be remiss not to call some major flaws....
Cons
-sales enablement team (2 people total) provides nearly no product training besides a few videos and decks required to review -sales leadership does not take time to bring new, external hires up to speed - they join a class of internal reps being promoted and it is up to the new hire to fill product knowledge gaps -sales onboarding essentially entails about a dozen 'discovery roleplay calls' with various internal department leaders over a month, and then a 'proposal presentation' using a provided deck (which is blank...) -any training provided is 'discovery stage' specific, while there is zero 'proposal stage' preparation whatsoever for the onboarding presentation which you must deliver to their liking to keep your job -painful culture of micromanagement
