The company continues to win awards and just this month Xactly Forecasting won the 2021 BIG Innovation Award - Product of the year - by Business Intelligence Group for providing unprecedented accuracy in multi-level sales forecasts. Last August, Business Intelligence Group named Xactly’s suite of SPM tools a Product of the Year in its 2020 Sales and Technology Marketing awards program. Also recently, the organization named Xactly founder and CEO Chris Cabrera their 2020 Executive of the Year. Our most recent employee engagement scores tell us that employees globally, including in the U.S., are highly engaged and happy. The high marks are attributed to our great culture and it's unfortunate you did not have the opportunity to experience the uniqueness of the culture where so many other employees thrive.
