PS team is overworked , compensation offered is way lower than market standard . Unspoken expectation set by Management to work 40+ hours and Kudos given to people who work on weekends . Work life balance is lacking which results in stress in your personal life. Each project is rushed implementation with tight timelines which results in PM setting unrealistic delivery dates. Found myself working on weekends and days off to meet these timelines.
