Toxic Nepotism & Micromanagement - Sales Xactly Corp. Employee Review

Pros

- Incredible, front-line co-workers and good Vista network - Office/snacks/unlimited vacation - Invested in solid training for their sales people (wish they would have let them work more independently with this training)

Cons

- Nepotism. Nepotism. Nepotism. Deals are openly, unfairly, given to certain reps despite the company having the tools in place to fight that very thing - Micromanagement. They tout that Salesforce is the record of truth, but then micromanage every stage and don't really leverage the intel within Salesforce - Good people, but recent promotions were unwarranted / lack of leadership - For the most part good people, some were outward bullies - Hope would be they're now actually using their flagship product, as it was not being used by the sales team for years (nor was used in the time of departure) - Sellers beware - great network of friends and colleagues made (at least use to be), but there are very little opportunities for career growth

Of course, all candidates are held to the same standard of Excellence as defined by our core values. In short, I want the best and brightest people working at Xactly, and we provide tools so that once they’re with us, they all have access to continuous development opportunities to enhance their skills and grow within the org.
