The economic effects of COVID-19 forced many organizations to re-evaluate salary increase plans for both 2020 and 2021. Companies who proactively addressed the potential economic impact of COVID early, like Xactly, were able to support salary increases annually, including in 2020 and 2021. In addition, corporate learning and development opportunities, spot bonuses, educational reimbursement, enhancements to employee benefits, hiring, and more, were not impacted negatively. Our promotion rates are at or above standard benchmarks.
