Pros
People care about winning and collaborating. Lots of new hires lately, but they've done a great job hiring for culture. They give you everything you need to do the job, and everyone is open to help anytime.
Cons
If you don't have high expectations that your employer is going to be perfect, than you'll do fine. Any headaches are the ones you find at any company. Marketing is nonexistent in driving you leads. You have to prospect to succeed here. Some nepotism/favoritism is present, but if you work hard you'll still reap rewards. Turnover is high here, but the growth potential is also present.
