Pros
Great executive team. Everyone says they have an open door policy - these guys really mean it. Xactly is the leader in the ICM space and it's great to work for the winning team. There's a healthy sense of work/life balance here and the company gives back to the community and people in need with fundraising and other philanthropic events. For a company of this size, there's still a start up feel. There are always fun events to celebrate holidays and other important days.
Cons
Some employees are brought in on prior relationships or friendships from older, dinosaur age companies. I believe that Xactly could be better if they broke outside of personal relationships and hired innovative, unconventional thinkers for key roles. Also, the Sales team is a bit segregated and lacks a true team feel at the moment. There is improvement in sight.
