      People are helpful and respected Good amount in insurance HR and Finance team responds to all queries Work from Home option-Best

      Cons

      alternative Weekend support for 4 to 5 hours with out pay or no compoff also to perform sanity for 4 months in a year bonus not fully paid from past few years hike cycle delayed from past few years very less outings and team lunches layoffs happened recently
