Pros
Benefits offered by the company are fairly good. Also work from home options are available - enabling work-life balance. A fantastic product; and good to see the new leadership stepping in - that holds out some hope. Lots of new programs & projects being introduced (that however have not delivered any value yet)
Cons
The CHRO needs to understand that DEI cannot simply be a buzzword - has to be imbibed into the organization. While diversity is there, inclusion & equity of that diverse population is a far cry. Unsure what people from geographies such as Asia would be feeling - there is a very strong pro-US bias and other geos are not paid much heed to. Unless there is change from core functions responsible such as HR, (and I hope the CHRO is listening), everything will go downhill. Utter lack of effective communication - including on the merit cycle that keeps moving further and further. In general, there is no transparency and a lot of ambiguity in communication. No one gets any straight and clear answer to questions. Unattainable bonuses, no room for promotion in some regions, jobs being taken away, missed sales goals consistently throughout the year. Employees just see coldness, a lack of humanity, and layoffs, interspersed with a plethora of lies - especially in the past two years.
