Pros

Work with some great people in he hospitals and the staff.

Cons

Aloof deception from directors and higher management. Corporate not willing to recognize it either. Or just too afraid to say anything due to being being fired. They don't like to hear the truth. Too many long hours 10-12 hour days!!!!! Not a very family friendly place working every other weekend. Not good for mothers with younger gets kids! Directors make up the rules as they go! Love what I do and the people I work with but upper management needs to grow up and follow policies and follow what they preach!!!
