They spend alot of money on regional managers

Cons

Xanitos is a bad company to work for they Regional managers are all liars and only looking out for Xanitos and there best interest not the employees. Also any hospitals or clinics that are interested in using Xanitos services stay away from them their XRO's 3 carts are a piece of junk the retrotractable motors always malfacution. Again this company is all about making a profit for the Owner- Grame Crothall, Mike Bailey, Sal and the all the regional guys. Because they don't compensate their front line staff.
