Pros

Always alot of down time when there are no patients at the hospital. You don't need any medical knowledge to do the job. The co workers are hardworking, helpful and care about the patients.

Cons

There is no accountability on the weekends due to management not being there. Employees get away with everything due to this. Other departments treat this department awful and constantly look down upon people in this department. Some workers transport just enough patients to make it look like they are working.
