Pros

Managers don't work a full eight hours and productivity is greater when they are not present. Relatively feckless and benign managers .

Cons

Too numerous to mention if you are a qualified manager leave brain at the door. If you are a staff member don't expect the manager/ supervisor to trust or lead you.
