Dirt cheap rent, limitless outdoor adventures, easily find like minded outdoor type people, amazing scenery
Cons
Management doesn't actually care about it's employees, guest(s), or the location at all, neither does HR, strictly thinking about themselves & what way they can make their job easier on themselves. The easy route is the only route with this company. If you try to make the place better with an idea or helpful thought, or anything that could be considered as an improvement of any kind then your deemed a threat & pursude at all costs necessary until they can terminate you.
