Pros
Very easy to advance, very easy to gain job experience, due to the lack of real talent. It's very easy to land a job here and move up the ranks quickly. Why? Because working professionals don't want to travel to and live in remote environments. They certainly don't want to get paid much, much less than what they're worth. Such is the case here. Oh, and food and housing is very cheap.
Cons
If you read the "pros" then here is the result: this company hires desperate and lost people. People who are willing to be paid next to nothing for a place to sleep. Some people get locked into that mode and stay here a lifetime, away from civilization. They promote people into management out of pure desperation, and these people cause more harm than good. It really is messy. The takeaway I want to offer you is this: if you're looking for a next step in a career, goodbye. Find something else. If you're looking to get back on your feet financially, if you're interested in nature and national parks, if you want to try something new and adventurous, then maybe there is some merit in working here. But if you're looking to grow as a professional, or make a decent wage/salary, then you'll only end up frustrated and stuck.
