Pros
I have started my career with Xavient & worked here for 3 years & the graph shows the tremendous growth in my career. This is the place where the management follows the open door policy be it the HR director or the person from higher management every one is there to listen to your ideas & give full support in hardships. They have really good clients & provide great working environment such as flexible timings, good work life balance, no hidden salary deduction (as my current organisation has many), supportive HR team & other support functions as well, opportunity to work from home in case of any urgency at home & lots more. Heard lot of religious biasness but till date didn't experienced any as my manager being from other religion is not at all biased but is very supportive & down to earth.
Cons
*IT department should be more structured & responsive as sometimes the trainees behave like managers. *Admin department should be more vigilant & responsive. Rest all part is good & I wish all the luck to the organisation.
