Most unprofessional place to work - Senior Software Developer Xavient Employee Review

Highly incapable middle to higher management. Lot of favoritism in this organization. No growth path at all. They treat people nothing more then commodity. I have seen people becoming director because they are good liars or favorite of higher management folks. They are typical body shoppers. They care billing only .Talent or skills are not respected here. No innovation.
