This would be a great company to give less than a 1 star score. Negative 4 stars would be a better assessment.
Cons
They promised a full time roles, but in fact its an contact position. Their reasoning is your a "Full Time" employee to them They are EXTREMELY value about what you'll be doing, but promise you no on-call, no over time, GREAT work life balance BUT none of that is true. In fact the only thing that is true is that They only want you to bill 40 hours a week even through you'll be on call, be asked to do maintenance, upgrades, on top of your normal work week. Plan for a good 55-65 hour work week.
