Pros
Great people to work with. Very technical, challenging and fun projects. Nice location. Good benefits. They are making good process improvements.
Cons
They don't allow their current employees to move on to positions at Dish. Or at least, it's very difficult to do so. Working for dish contracted out from Xavient doesn't allow the Xavient employee to participate in Dish bonuses and such. Xavient doesn't have bonuses and such so this is a con.
