Fake promises & pathetic day-1 - Software Engineer Xavient Employee Review

Company is taken over by Canadian MNC due to which thought of joining this organisation expecting a good working environment. My day-1, was pathetic to their onboarding experience will give 0 & highly dissatisfied. Person available was not at all aware about any process & got irritated when was asked to clear any point. Content available in their policy & explained in another session was poles apart as explained during day 1. Well you can't expect more from a trainee. She was very rude & seems would thrash if we could have asked more queries. Next day was surprising as was not aware of any single person & can't ask help from HR as the impression on day 1 was enough to ignore them. Recruitment made few fake promises which I realised when I met my manager he told me about shifts which was my first condition during my conversation with recruiter. Well, more than this gradually I realised that if you want to work in this organisation the first & foremost requirement for you is to be from a particular state & religion. As per my observation company foster them & few poor people have to work on their behalf. These were enough reason for me to leave this organisation.
