Pros

This company may pay you a higher than market rate, because its finding hard to get talent. The company affairs are handled by few key persons like, Saif Ahmed [COO] he is based in US and visits company once or twice a year, extremely vocal and motivating orator, except he only likes to speak and not hear if anybody has to say. This company is recommended only for people with less than 5 years of work experience. Highly motivated and people looking for challenging work and equivalent recognition should seriously skip this company. Xavient has a lots of plans for future and the COO Saif Ahmed is not shy to consider it a competitor for Accenture. But when you look inside, you will find that even the basic processes are not in place and forget about futuristic the company does not even have expertise in current technologies and systems.

Cons

The CEO Rajeev Tandon is not a working CEO. Permanently based in US, he is simply a business man who has put in his money.Hardly visited main Noida office twice in 8 years. Arshad Majeed, Country Manager, friend of Saif [COO], does not communicate with the janta at all. Has a limited scope of 5-8 persons. This is because he is not good in communication and afraid of open address. Syed W Jafar, Vice President, He is the actual working management of the company. Most of the vertical heads report to him. But being a single person to handle the entire company he has his own limitations. As he is not exactly sure of some areas, due to lack of time and over work, he would simply keep asking for data over and over, delaying the sanctions and decisions. This pushes the company behind. Syed W Jafar is also a relative of Saif or Arshad. So overall this is a company of some know Muslim friends and acquaintances and they have a closed group of trust. Any new person, irrespective of the knowledge or ability would not be given much consideration. Also you will find a lot of relatives and acquaintances of the top management in senior positions. Recently change the notice period from 2 months to 3 months to stop attrition. Wow, what an idea sir jee!
