Conflict of Interest - Analyst Xavient Employee Review

Lack of advancement in career. Xavient needs to make it clear that the contractor reports to the client, not Xavient's management. You should not have a Xavient manager and Xavient worker on the same project. Creates conflict of interest and confusion. Works becomes unproductive and unhealthy environment.
