There is a nexus of criminals in which one HR is also involved. There is one Technical Architect who traps girls for sexual exploitation. Whenever a girl or lady of his interest enters in his team then he will tell that girl that she got in his team to be fired and he will refer a guy of his team that will fire him. He will arrange another guy that will make complain about the guy and he will not pass those complains to HR and will query to girl about the complains and he will do this repeatedly. If girls tell him that guy is his friend then he will give credit of the guy to girl. Then he will send another guy to follow her to room to complain his family that she is having some affair to harass her. He will command that guy to read his messages and another guy will harass her to complain about the guy. He does all this thing to call the girl at his friends room. He will complain to his senior that he got complain about the guy from girls and his senior will move the guy to other team. There are more than 70% female HR in the company and girls are not comfortable to complain to HR and feels comfortable to complain his senior.
