Pros
I have had a really great work experience with Xcelerate Solutions so far. I transitioned from a position in hospitality to an office job. While currently I am still working in hospitality, the new office position that I am learning and working in, are like night and day. However, the team members at Xcelerate Solutions, have been quite Amazing! They have been patient with me asking multiple questions to things that may be simple for them My team leaders and manager check on me to make sure that I am understanding the training, see if I have any questions and makes sure that I have everything that I need for job related tasks assigned. Recently I received a phone call from the CEO wishing me a Happy Birthday and asking me how I was doing in my new position, which was Awesome! I have only been at Xcelerate Solutions for a short time; however, I am truly impressed! Thank you, Xcelerate Solutions, for giving me an opportunity to work with your company when no one else would. Thank you for believing in me and for giving me an opportunity to learn something new and Thank You for making me a part of the team!
Cons
I am currently in an entry level position with relatively low pay, however there is plenty of opportunity to learn and grow. Xcelerate Solutions offers Great Benefits and Company Incentives.
