Pros

Most co-workes are generally good people.

Cons

To start, the Sales Team doesn't know anything about computers. There was always a constant rush towards the end of the day to clean up their mess because they don't know what a RAID card is or the difference between a regular HD and a SSD. The work flow process is the LEAST productive I have ever seen. Work starts at 9, but yet the managers decide to not start any work process until lunch time at noon. In which case it is now a non-stop mess until closing time at 6. And there's so much overflow someone has to stay until 7 or even as late as 8 to try and finish. Management is so poor that they run away the people that have worked there longer then they have. Opportunities for advancement are null and getting any recognition for going above and beyond are also a null. Needing time off for emergencies is also not allowed. Or just a day off in general. If you love not seeing your family and working in a poor and frustrating environment then this place is for you!

Pros

XTG has three companies in all Vernon, ITxchange and Bluerange Technology. What is great is we can use each other resources when necessary. For example Bluerange can offer rentals through Vernon. We have some great resources and relationships with some of the local manufacturers like Lenovo and Cisco. In fact we manage Lenovo's official demo program and their end of life program. Having these close relationships really helps our customers as we can often do customer briefings or get additional technical resources. We also have a 75k warehouse for things like inventory holding, custom configurations, imaging, asset tagging etc. There are some really great people here. I know when I need something from the warehouse or someone else on the team it will get done. Also, I enjoy coming into the office which is always good. As a sales rep there is a lot of opportunity to make some serious money. Companies love the quality of our product and our pricing so if you can put in the effort to identify our strengths and capabilities you will do very well.

Cons

Time really . We are moving very quickly and growing fast so we are often spread a little thin. Need to improve our end user web sales right now most of our leads and orders are coming directly from clients.
