      Pros

      Working at Xero is so much fun, the people you get to interact with are amazing, and leadership is great for the most part.

      Cons

      There is still a lack of structure (seems like this is an ongoing problem, figuring out what the GTM structure is)

      Pros

      Awesome work culture. You get to meet everyone from every team in the company. Every one are so helpful. Even the people from different teams will help you to achieve your tasks. Even the managers are so helpful. Perks: Wednesday Lunch, Friday Happy hours.

      I haven't faced anything negative in the company.
