      Product teams are expected to ship features at unrealistic speed with little support from design, research, or data. Customer validation is often skipped, yet teams are blamed if adoption is poor. Very reactive, blame-oriented culture.

      Pros

      Awesome work culture. You get to meet everyone from every team in the company. Every one are so helpful. Even the people from different teams will help you to achieve your tasks. Even the managers are so helpful. Perks: Wednesday Lunch, Friday Happy hours.
