      People are nice The office has good perks Pay and benefits are slightly above market

      Cons

      Silicon Valley performance expectations but no Silicon Valley pay Morale is low among employees; people are getting swapped out unwillingly Expectations aren't clear; you just have to outperform your peers and hope for the best

      Pros

      Awesome work culture. You get to meet everyone from every team in the company. Every one are so helpful. Even the people from different teams will help you to achieve your tasks. Even the managers are so helpful. Perks: Wednesday Lunch, Friday Happy hours.

      I haven't faced anything negative in the company.
