The product as I said is amazing, however you cannot rely on this because the competition is following close behind, in terms of product has overtaken in a lot of cases but your brand loyalty is keeping you where you are - however this will not last forever and if you do not do something radical you will be another Sage 50 in the UK.
Some of the leaders leave a lot to be desired, there is a distinct lack of professionalism and confidentiality among the team. They also take "feedback" very personally to the point you are shot down for offering constructive advice.
Career development is pretty much non-existent unless you are female due to the mission of some of the staff to increase the female presence on the leadership team or unless you are one of the MDs favorites.
