8yThank you for taking the time to share your experience with Xero. We are proud of our beautiful work spaces, and creating an environment that employees want to come into every day. We agree we could do more to support managers and are currently investing a lot more in this area. We also encourage employees to talk with the People Experience team if there are ever any signs of unfair treatment/favoritism, or any behaviors that don’t align with our values. We are here to support employees and managers create a collaborative environment in which everyone thrives.
