      Pros

      This company means well and is trying. The CEO is a fair man and approachable. He’s full of energy but isn’t in the US enough to see what’s happening.

      Cons

      The company philosophy of caring and respect is not executed. There is a small clique of tenured people who bully and threaten. The sales quota structure is totally unfair, with the tenured and loudest maintaining all the opportunity. It’s a free for all, and if you stand up to advocate for yourself, forget it! Tons of turnover. A few solid people but thats not the majority. Great people will leave.

      Pros

      Awesome work culture. You get to meet everyone from every team in the company. Every one are so helpful. Even the people from different teams will help you to achieve your tasks. Even the managers are so helpful. Perks: Wednesday Lunch, Friday Happy hours.

      I haven't faced anything negative in the company.
